Pâtisserie Verte was founded in 2020 after Thibault Courtoisier, its Co-founder and Co-Director, won Bake Off: The Professionals 2020 (Channel 4).


Since opening, we’ve established a reputation for distinctive, high quality products, our macarons winning Best Luxury Product at the PeTA Vegan Food Awards 2022 and our Chocolate & Hazelnut Pebble being awarded Two Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2023. We have also been Highly Commended as Start Up Business of the Year at the Wales Food & Drink Awards
2023 and in 2024 we secured the title of Start Up Business of the Year.

Production Pastry Chef

Pâtisserie Verte has an opportunity for an experienced pastry chef to join the team (minimum two years professional experience).  The post holder will be responsible for the production of all patisseries, in line with our reputation for high quality French vegan patisseries.  The Production Pastry Chef will also contribute to developing new product ranges, monitoring quality control at every stage and ensuring that all relevant Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards are being met and complied with at all times.

Production Staff

We currently have vacancies for production staff.  We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years experience in a similar role with Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.  So, if you’re passionate about patisserie and creating deliciously ethical luxury for the 21st Century, then you sound like just the sort of person we are looking for.
